- Once a payment is successfully completed, coins are delivered instantly to the user’s in-app wallet.
- Coins have no physical shipment, no cargo, and no physical delivery.
Refund Policy
- Because coins are digital and consumed instantly, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
- In case of technical problems (double charging, failed delivery, etc.), users may contact support, and our team will investigate and resolve the issue.
- If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the same payment method.
